Students will be exploring a variety of current and interesting topics through reading and listening. They will also be developing strong vocabulary skills and reviewing grammar. These skills are important for increasing scores on standardized tests such as Eiken and TOEIC.

準備学習の内容・学ぶ上での注意
This is a fast-paced class with a lot of material to cover. Students are encouraged to attend every class or they will not do well on the quizzes and final evaluation. Class periods are long so related discussion activities and short interactive games will be used to keep the pace going. Students will be expected to develop and express opinions during discussion periods. Students MUST bring the required textbook to the FIRST class.
